The team behind the FotoEnvy workshops starts with Chris Warkocki, who in the past two years has been teaching photography to the young and old alike. His credentials grow each month as he lectures at local camera stores, colleges, universities and even along side local great Nels Akerlund. He doesn't do this alone because he insists on team effort and group learning.
Frank Szarban, an accomplished photographer in his own right, loves learning and with his powerful banks of photographic knowledge helps people understand the fundamentals and insists that you have to play to learn.
Kim Peterson and her rave style is also a learner and teacher. She knows that capturing an image isn't just a click of a button, but time and effort spent in setup and understanding.
Oh Mr. Jackie Thompson... This man of all flavors has been taking photos before it was cool and probably was the reason it's become so hip. His laid back attitude and character make learning enjoyable to anyone.
Ron "the corner fixer" Evans is the newest of the bunch, and was chosen for the sheer fact that he is what FotoEnvy is all about. He loves to play and doesn't care what it takes to learn something new even it means he has to build something... or fix corners ;)
